On Sunday I brewed a Lemon-Raspberry Summer wheat. The HLT (Hot Liquor Tank), Mash tun are made by stout tanks and I got used from Daniel @ abouttimebrewing. I purchased the Boil kettle directly from Stout tanks, The quality of these tanks is awesome and they have no weld-less fittings. Currently I’m using propane but I’m in the process of building an electric brewery.
This is the start of the control panel. Its going to be a hybrid of the one from theelectricbrewery.com and ebrewsupply.com.
Finally, here is the first beer with this setup.
