This weekend I finished wiring the control panel for the electric brewing, but that’s another post. This is an updated version of the 1g batch of kolsch I brewed in January it has been scaled for 5g and I changed the yeast to omega kolsch II. The yeasties are now happily eating away in their new sugary home in a temperature controlled, 62deg environment. Oh the kezzer is new too.
