Yesterday was my birthday celebration and we had a few friends over for a Brew & Q. We iced down some of the Lemon Raspberry Summer Wheat. The taste was good with no off flavors, a bit more sweet than I prefer, it is still good. It had only been bottle conditioning for 3 weeks, I think another 2-3 weeks would really be ideal.
